New Student Special: $45 for 45 Days Unlimited Yoga!
Try our introductory offer, and get 45 days of unlimited yoga, to stretch your body as well as your dollar. Take as many yoga classes as you want to see what yoga can do for you. Get to know our teachers and different class styles. Our classes are held in our beautiful and open studio with a maximum of 25 people and most classes fill up so we recommend you pre-register! We offer a wide variety of classes that are suitable for all types of experience - brand new, inflexible, old, or young. For the price of two drop-ins, this is our best deal for new students! If you're unsure what class to start with, we always recommend our Hatha or Foundations classes or our 101 workshops mentioned below and you can talk to our desk or your teacher before or after that for more guidance, if needed.
Our Yoga 101 Workshops are a great opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a small group setting, with more individualized attention. These workshops are ideal for those who are brand new to yoga, recovering from injury, recovering from being inactive for a while, and those unsure about our regular, weekly group classes. Join a workshop to work with the same highly qualified instructor and learn yoga in a more methodical way. We offer 4-week and weekend sessions on a monthly basis. Commit to yourself and your wellness by signing up today. Check out our online workshop schedule for details on upcoming sessions.
Still Unsure Where to Begin?
Attending one of our yoga 101 workshops is the safer and more mindful way to try yoga and our studio for the first time, but many people with yoga experience or who are more active in general would be fine buying our introductory class pass and jumping right into our regular classes. Check our online schedule and read the class descriptions to see what sounds like a good fit. In general, Hatha, Basics, Foundations are good for everyone, young, old, stiff, or strong. Yin and Restorative are also good for everyone, but are a bit slower and methodical, more focused on flexibility. Vinyasa is more active and quicker paced. You’re welcome to contact us or fill out the form below if you’re still not sure what would be the best fit for you. Show up 15 minutes early for your first class and we’ll make sure that you’re taken care of.
Have questions or comments? Send them our way and we’ll get back to you in two shakes of a dog’s tail.
