Our Yoga 101 Classes are a great opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a small group setting, with more individualized attention. These classes are taught at a slower-paced yet dynamic class that balances strength and stability with poise and relaxation. Expect broad-based work and variety, from traditional to complex, with a focus on educational instruction. This class is great for beginners to advanced yogis.

Still Unsure Where to Begin?

Attending one of our Yoga 101 classes is the safer and more mindful way to try yoga and our studio for the first time, but many people with yoga experience or who are more active in general would be fine buying our introductory class pass and jumping right into our regular classes. Check our online schedule and read the class descriptions to see what sounds like a good fit. In general, Hatha, Basics, Foundations are good for everyone, young, old, stiff, or strong. Yin and Restorative are also good for everyone, but are a bit slower and methodical, more focused on flexibility. Vinyasa is more active and quicker paced. You’re welcome to contact us or fill out the form below if you’re still not sure what would be the best fit for you. Show up 15 minutes early for your first class and we’ll make sure that you’re taken care of.

Have questions or comments? Send them our way and we’ll get back to you in two shakes of a dog’s tail.
